Bianca Belair talks about recreating the movie scene with Alexa Bliss
While there were guesses that the sequence was a reenactment from the movie, Bianca confirmed it during an interview. During an interview with Cageside Seats, Belair talked about how WWE always tries to trend on social media, and this was no exception. She also revealed that she has been a huge fan of Regina Hall, who played the character of Brenda in the movie.
Belair stated, “We always wanna make sure that we trend somewhere on Twitter [laughs]. But no, I’ve always loved Regina Hall. I’ve always been a fan of her. I just watched one of her recent movies, and I felt like I saw that clip, and I’m like, this makes so much sense. So, you know, we always try to incorporate fun things that the fans can get involved in, and I think they appreciated it”.
