Israel Adesanya has never shied away from appreciating former Welterweight title contender Darren Till as he embarks on his new run at the Middleweight division. Till is coming off an incredible performance against former Champion Robert Whittaker, losing the fight via unanimous decision. Despite the loss, Till received a lot of credit for his performance against Whittaker with Israel Adesanya jumping on Twitter to express his desire to fight Darren Till at some point. “I still wanna fight Till one day. Darren Till is scheduled to take on Jack Hermansson later this year and would like to get back in the title picture with a win over the Middleweight veteran. Ahead of the hugely anticipated showdown between Israel Adesanya and Paulo Costa, the Stylebender once again teased a super-fight against Darren Till at Wembley, England.

Israel Adesanya wants to fight Darren Till in Wembley
Adesanya claimed that he would finish Paulo Costa at UFC 253. In just the second time of UFC’s Middleweight history, two undefeated fighters will compete in a title fight to determine the best in the division.

“I am a veteran in this game even though I have been in the UFC for two years,” Adesanya stated.
“Yeah, I mean, tell your boy Darren to get his s**t together. He’s just there but he is not quite there. Good last fight. I wanted him to win because I wanted to fight a new challenger but yeah. I am rooting for him just so I can come to England, and kick his a** in O2, Wembley.”

Darren Till has quickly risen to prominence, and at just 28 years of age, has cemented himself as one of the best fighters in both the Welterweight and Middleweight division. With notable victories over Kelvin Gastelum, Stephen Thompson, and Donald Cerrone, Till has a lot to prove at the Middleweight division.
