Michael Chandler has been enjoying his life to the fullest after his knockout win over Tony Ferguson at UFC 274. The former lightweight title contender is currently having fun at a party with his friends and family.
During this party on Memorial Day, The Iron posted a story on Instagram where he flaunted his belly. Consequently, several fans on Twitter reacted to Chandler’s new physique and compared him to Paddy Pimblett as Baddy loves to eat in between fights and gain a significant amount of weight.

However, it seems like Michael Chandler was playing around with his fans as the lightweight looks in good shape. Because in another video from his wife’s story, The Iron looks in tremendous build. Besides, Chandler appears to be gearing up for a fight in the near future as he is training.
What’s next for Michael Chandler after his win at UFC 274?
Michael Chandler delivered one of the best fight promos after knocking out Tony Ferguson at UFC 274. Since his win against El Cucuy, he has been linked with several fighters like Conor McGregor, Nate Diaz and many others.
Both The Stockton Slugger and The Iron agreed verbally to fight each other. However, there is no news available regarding his next matchup. But looking at the current scenario of the lightweight division, the quickest route for him to get a title shot would be to defeat Dustin Poirier.
Because he is ranked high in the division and with Islam and Dariush fighting each other, it’s the best matchup available right now. Other than Poirier, a fight against McGregor or Diaz would be great considering how well it would do on PPV and fans would love to see these matchups due to their amazing styles.
Despite Justin Gaethje losing his last fight, it is highly unlikely that The Highlight would agree to a rematch so quickly. However, if the UFC schedules a vacant title fight between Oliveira and Islam, then a number one contender fight between Chandler and Beneil Dariush would be great to watch.
