USMNT has impressed in the World Cup so far. They played well for an hour against Wales and led 1-0, before drawing the game 1-1 as they faded in the last half hour. They were impressive across the 90 minutes against England but failed to score against a stern English defense. The USA also lacked a cutting edge in the final third, much like their North American rivals, Canada against Belgium.

Star players in the USA squad include Christian Pulisic, Matt Turner, and Tyler Adams. They play for big Premier League clubs Chelsea, Arsenal, and Leeds respectively. Many were impressed by how the USA dominated England but lacked the quality which England have. Their next game is against Iran, which is a must-win.
From the World Cup, each player from the USA will earn a guaranteed $10,000 for every game. 90% of the bonuses they receive will be distributed among members of the men’s and women’s USA squads.
According to estimates, each player from the USA will earn a guaranteed $206,000 from the World Cup but could end up bagging $900,000 per player, if they take the trophy home. With each round they progress through, their earnings will increase.
