However, the news about the Croatian star’s transfer was officially confirmed by both Manchester City and Chelsea just a few hours ago.

Kovacic further added, “To be joining this squad really is a dream for any footballer.” The 2023 Champions League winners paid around $40 million for the Chelsea midfielder for a four-year move. Although any information about the salary Kovacic would receive at City is not available yet. However, he is expected to earn somewhere around $10 million, which was his average annual salary at Chelsea.
