Cristiano Ronaldo was involved in a similar incident as Vinicius Jr.

In that season, Real Madrid suffered a historic 5-0 defeat against Lionel Messi and Pep Guardiola‘s FC Barcelona. During the match, Ronaldo had an altercation with the former FC Barcelona and ex-Spanish international Pedro Rodriguez.
In that match, Ronaldo had a bust-up with Pep Guardiola at the touchline when the former pushed the ex-Barcelona manager. Several players confronted the Portuguese ace, including Pedro and the former FC Barcelona skipper Andres Iniesta. Ronaldo sarcastically asked Pedro who he was, pretending that he didn’t know the Barcelona star.
