Real Madrid C.F. well and truly knew they struck gold when they completed the signing of Jude Bellingham, the 20-year-old English soccer player from Dortmund FC this 2023-24 summer transfer window. He has completely transformed Madrid’s way of playing and is their most influential player this season, alongside midfielder Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
Jude did not take much time to settle in a new country and with his team-mates. He has a special bond with teenagers Vinicuis Jr, and Rodrygo and senior players Toni Kroos and Toni Rudiger. After a match, Jude was seen waving at the crowd which allegedly looked like the “Hitler Salute”.

Toni Kroos was quick to notice this gesture and took Jude’s hands down. This somewhat was taken as a joke by the two on the ground but fans on social media platforms thought something else. One fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Jude Bellingham trying to get himself cancelled”.

However, neither Jude nor Kroos commented or even paid attention to this matter as it was nothing but a joke according to them. It remains to be seen how Jude and Real Madrid perform in the upcoming games this season as they have made a very solid and compelling start. Fans have welcomed Jude with open arms as they know the quality and skillset that he possesses.
Toni Kroos slams fans for calling him a NAZI over Mesut Ozil’s racism comments
The way in which Mesut Ozil retired from the German National team will be talked about for years to come from soccer fans. After Germany’s disastrous World Cup group-stage exit, Ozil took a lot of flak for it and declared he would no longer play for the national side.
“The treatment I have received from the DFB and many others makes me no longer want to wear the German national team shirt. I feel unwanted and think what I have achieved since my international debut in 2009 has been forgotten,” Ozil said. He added: “In the eyes of Grindel and his supporters, I am German when we win but I am an immigrant when we lose.”
Kroos criticized Ozil’s comments over his retirement. After Kroos’ comments over Ozil’s retirement statement, it did not go well with fans as they poured a lot of hate on him while some were calling him a NAZI. This triggered Kroos a lot and he slammed the fans for making such vile statements on social media, he said:

“After the 2018 World Cup, I said that I did not like the retirement of Mesut Ozil and the manner in which he did it, and then I was directly a Nazi for a lot of people: blond, blue eyes … everything fit for a lot of people. I managed to overcome it, anyone can hide behind a fake profile and then insult other people without anything to stop them,” said Kroos.
However, Kroos and Ozil have buried the hatchet and are on good terms as per various reports. The exchange between the two did not hamper each other’s relationship. Kroos and Ozil are both sensational soccer players and have done a lot for their nation.
