NFL star Patrick Mahomes surely has made a great name for himself in the league. The quarterback is probably the best in the NFL currently. However, the case is not the same with his brother, Jackson Mahomes. In fact, Jackson has gotten his brother into a negative limelight with his antiques.
Born in May 2000, Jackson Mahomes is younger than the Kansas City Chiefs star. The 23-year-old is popular for his TikTok and dance videos. Other than that, he keeps grabbing the spotlight with his weird behavior and actions in public. The social media sensation is currently juggling legal proceedings.
Back in February of this year, the police arrested Jackson Mahomes on charges of se*ual battery. As per reports, Mahomes forcibly kissed the stepdaughter of the owner of Aspen Restaurant and Lounge. The owner, Aspen Vaughn, claimed that the NFL star’s brother used to visit their restaurant quite often.
Jackson Mahomes was reportedly a friend of Vaughn’s stepdaughter who worked at the restaurant. However, on February 25, Mahomes grabbed her neck and kissed her twice. “He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere,” she told the police and showed the bruise on her neck and the video of the incident.
After the incident, Jackson got three counts of aggravated se*ual battery charges along with one count of battery. The police released him after a $100,000 bond which prohibited him from talking about the case publicly. Along with Jackson, this case must be shameful for the highest-rated Madden 24 star as well.
The hearing of the Jackson Mahomes case has been delayed
The hearing on the Jackson Mahomes cases was scheduled to happen on August 31. However, the hearing has now been postponed as Judge Thomas Sutherland is suffering from COVID-19. Reports suggest that the brother of Patrick Mahomes will now have to wait some more time.

As per reports, the Johnson County District Court Judge himself revealed through a Zoom meeting that he has COVID. The hearing has reportedly been postponed to October 24 for now. This had to be a preliminary hearing in which the judge was going to take accounts from the witnesses.
Now, Jackson Mahomes will have to wait until October for the preliminary hearing. It’s worth noting that this is not the first time he has done something like this. Some time back, Jackson splashed water on a Baltimore Ravens fan who was celebrating the team’s win against the Chiefs. However, the Chiefs have mentioned that they are not thinking much about the recent case as it’s Mahomes’ personal matter.
