In a recent interview with game spot, the star of Spiderman and Uncharted, Tom Holland, revealed the game he would like to turn into a live-action movie. The movie adaptation of the game Uncharted featured Tom Holland in the lead.
Tom told IGN that he hadn’t discovered the Spiderman games before working on the Spiderman movie with Sony. He said, “I’m a huge fan of the games. I hadn’t discovered the games until I started making Spider-Man: Homecoming.”
Holland said. “And one of the luxuries of making these Spider-Man movies is Sony makes them, and one of the luxuries of working for Sony is PlayStation. So all the actors’ trailers were outfitted with the best TVs and the newest PlayStation, and one of the games they’d given me was Uncharted.”

Tom Holland grew to love the game and this fondness for the Uncharted game. This and his previous association with Sony eventually led him to play the lead role in its live-action adaptation. Now the actor has revealed a game from his childhood that he wants to turn into a live-action movie.
Which is the game Tom Holland wants to turn into a live-action film?
In an interview post the shooting of Uncharted, Tom Holland spoke to Gamespot. He was quizzed about games and asked about his favorite titles to play. He was then asked, “You are given a blank check to adapt any video game you want that you can imagine and star in?”
To this, the star answered, “I would like to make a Jak and Daxter movie, and I would play Jak,” Tom Holland told GameSpot. “But I would make it at A24, so it was really weird and like dark. I would do like a really weird, live-action version of Jak and Daxter.”
Notably, A24 is responsible for movies such as Everything Everywhere All At Once, Uncut Gems, Midsommar, Lady Bird, Moonlight, and HBO’s Euphoria.
Tom Holland answered another question about which 3 games he would play for the rest of his life. He replied, Skyrim, the Spiderman game, and Hogwarts Legacy.
Jak and Daxter series consists of 6 games, including the original Trilogy. Like Uncharted, Naughty Dogs developed Jak and Daxter, and Sony published it. The game was set in a vibrant world with great mechanics. It featured solid platforming gameplay with action, combat, and puzzle-solving elements. The game also featured seamless transitions between worlds doing away with loading screens.
Jak and Daxter, released in the 2000s’ certainly captured gamers’ hearts worldwide. Some considered the game a rival to Ratchet and Clank, released in 2002. Born in 1996, Tom Holland would’ve been at the right age to play these titles; Jak and Daxter seem to have permanently earned a place in his heart.
