Despite being told her work was safe, she claimed her contract had been wrongfully terminated in July 2005 because of her pregnancy. The lawsuit concluded in late 2007. During the interview, Dawn also revealed that a diva quit the company after she was getting mysterious calls from the main office.
“There was a girl from the Diva Search; she would come to me for a lot of advice because she was getting calls from the main office,” stated Marie. She further revealed, “When she was telling me the truth, she was so scared and broken, and she ended up leaving.”
It is unclear about the information about the diva Marie talked about. There haven’t been any revelations regarding why those calls were made, but surely a lot of factors might be involved in it. Given the horrific history, Vince might have forced her to do some unusual acts, which she declined.
