WWE is one of the most sought-after wrestling promotions. Fans, even the Superstars, always seem to be thrilled to become a part of the largest wrestling promotion in the world. However, now it seems a former Superstar never loved the company.
With that, former WWE Superstar Lacey Evans has opened up about the reason behind her departure from the largest wrestling promotion in the world. She recently appeared in a conversation on the latest episode of Insight with Chris Van Vliet. During that, Evans said, “I did WWE for seven years and it was never my passion”.

The 33-year-old former WWE Superstar added that “it was an incredible opportunity“. However, she went on to state that it was very difficult to work with the Stamford-based promotion. Evans mentioned, “If you’re on the road well over 300 days a year, they want a lot from you”.
Thus, it seems her struggles with WWE and lack of love for the company led to her exit from the Triple H-led promotion. However, she has presented a great run that will be admired by the fans for years down the line.
Focusing on Lacey Evans’ WWE career and life after WWE
Previously, Lacey Evans walked into WWE in 2016. Thereafter, she became a part of the NXT brand division of the Stamford-based promotion. In the developmental brand, Evans was engaged in a feud with Kairi Sane. Moving ahead, Evans made her main roster debut in 2019.
After moving to the main roster, Lacey became a part of several feuds and participated in many matches. She was also featured in many pay-per-view events, but unfortunately, she failed to bag any championships to her name. With that, during her last few years, she made sporadic appearances in the company. Finally, in August 2023, Lacey Evans announced her departure from WWE.
Meanwhile, following her WWE exit, Evans now handles her site similarly to OnlyFans. Previously, it was reported that she would open an OnlyFans account. With that, now she is on FanTime and handles her page named ‘limitlessmacey.com’. In addition to that, to get access to her page, there’s a payment requirement of $5.99 per month.
Apart from all that, Evans owns a coffee shop, runs it, and also spends quality time with her family. Thus, it seems Lacey Evans is quite engaged with her life after WWE. However, it is to be noted that while she has taken her departure from the Stamford-based promotion, she has not declared her retirement from the ring.
