SUMMARY
- The teams enter the 2024 season with a fresh mindset and improved strategies to challenge Red Bull's dominance in F1 by developing their cars.
- Throughout the season, Guenther Steiner's team, Haas, has rarely seen the front of the grid. However, they did achieve an impressive second-place finish with Nico Hulkenberg at the Canadian GP.
The teams approach the 2024 season with an open mind and a better plan for the development of their rocketships to compete with the domination Red Bull has created in F1. However, while the teams prepare for the new season, some teams like Haas at the very end of the championship are now putting their fate on teams like Ferrari to save them from another season-long loop of the Dutch anthem.
Nonetheless, as the 2024 season approaches, Haas and their team principal have put all their fate on Charles Leclerc and Ferrari to beat the top dog in a fair competition next season. It is no secret that as much as there was no real competition at the front of the grid, Red Bull deserved every bit of their success thanks to their incredible season and the rocket ship they developed.
However, as the new season approaches, all the teams have taken it upon themselves to create the best car to beat the reigning champions and break the longtime dominance they have created in the season. But with a genius mind behind the works of RB19, it may take a few seasons for the teams to grasp the art behind the championship-winning RB19.
Guenther Steiner puts his faith in Charles Leclerc to beat Red Bull
Guenther Steiner has not seen his team at the front of the grid throughout the season except for the Canadian GP that got Haas an incredible place in P2 with Nico Hulkenberg. Nonetheless, the non-competitive team has now put all their faith in the Monza team, hoping to have a competitive machine ready for their 2024 season while watching Ferrari beat Red Bull.
Ferrari has witnessed a lot of mishaps this season concerning the technical issues in the SF23 and the strategies that time and time again failed Leclerc after sitting on pole positions multiple times. Although Ferrari’s season was not as upsetting thanks to Carlos Sainz who brought the team a race win against the Bulls, it seems they may need more than just one win to beat them.

However, it looks like the race win and Fred Vasseur‘s confession on changing 95% of components on the car has made Guenther Steiner optimistic about their future in the sport too. While it may take years for Haas to ever make it to the front from the far back of the championship, he has faith in Ferrari.
Steiner mentioned earlier this month, “I think somebody will challenge Red Bull and Max next year…I hope [it is] Charles because it means they get a good package – and we then have a good package.” And that he hopes to watch the consistent and championship-hungry Monegasque beat Verstappen.
Charles Leclerc falls three spots on the top driver’s list
Charles Leclerc has had a rocky season with a good amount of pole positions but with no race wins following after. Although his team has been blamed numerous times for the strategies that left the Monegasque breaking down on the radio a few times, he did his best to bring the best results to the team.
