Toto Wolff and Susie Wolff have come to the end of the investigation that FIA had conducted earlier this week based on an anonymous tip that Suzie was giving out confidential information to her husband and Mercedes team boss about the budget cap for 2024.
It is no secret that Mercedes has underperformed this season although they finished second in the championship, however, after a series of bad luck for the team, Toto Wolff has now become a target of yet another scandal involving the FIA and all the other teams who jumped to action to defend the Wolffs.
Toto Wolff prepares to sue Ben Sulayem
Toto Wolff has been vocal about every single issue that he may have faced. From the time he talked about porpoising to not wanting to see another team, let alone Andretti Global join the grid for a new season. Meanwhile, Ben Sulayem has been adamant about wanting to have Andretti on board with the new season incoming and has only kept a spot open for them.
With this battle at hand, the two soon became a part of a fight in which according to sources, Sulayem launched an investigation on Susie Wolff. The drama attracted many fans to support the Managing Director of F1 Academy while many also blamed her husband for pulling her into his mess in the first place.

Senior F1 figures are also doubtful of FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem.
Earlier today, the FIA ended their inquiry into Toto and Susie Wolff.

But it seems now that Mercedes is preparing to settle the fight against FIA after every single team confessed to not having tipped off FIA and denying the statements made by them. Meanwhile, the Senior F1 figures started getting suspicious of Ben Sulayem and have now stopped the investigation on the two bosses.
However, Mercedes can still seek compensation from the FIA for the damages that the investigation caused to the reputation of not only the team but also the drivers, staff, and everyone else involved at Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team.
Lewis Hamilton attacks FIA at it’s own Gala
Although Susie Wolff put out professional and formal statements calling out the FIA for their “misogynistic” investigation on her and her husband, Lewis Hamilton was not the one to stay quiet and not say anything about the issue that was raised recently against his very own team. The Briton has spent almost 10 years with the team which explains his loyalty, love, and devotion to everyone involved.

He said, “There is a constant fight to improve diversity within the industry but it seems there are certain individuals in the leadership within the FIA who every time we make a step forward are trying to pull us back”
However, it caused him to make headlines as he spoke on the matter against FIA, not just on social media but at their very own gala when he went to receive his third runner-up championship award.
