The recently self-made WWE Mega Star, LA Knight, with a charming persona and striking microphone skills, has captured the attention of the WWE Universe and has become one of the most applauded fighters in WWE.
Despite LA Knight’s less-than-stellar personal rating, his significance to the WWE 2K series should not be overlooked. His contribution to the game comes in several forms.
Despite the less favorable personal rating, LA Knight retains a key role in the WWE 2K series for his status as a playable character, and his capacity to adjust to various character changes.
LA Knight can be chosen as a character, in both WWE 2K22 and 2K22. In the 2022 version, he represents the NXT brand while in the 2023 version, he is part of the SmackDown brand. Hailing from the United States LA Knight excels as a heavyweight striker. It’s worth noting that LA Knight has also contributed to motion capture work, for editions of the WWE 2K video games.
I can actually see him being the cover of the game a couple years down the line is that bad? I just think LA Knight is one of the most marketable stars in WWE. https://t.co/Tx9BKbYA7J

We must acknowledge that LA Knight’s rating in WWE 2K games has varied with each subsequent release. As it stands for WWE 2K23, LA Knight holds a pretty solid overall rating of 81.
LA Knight once got in trouble for spoiling a WWE 2K secret
LA Knight performed motion capture work for WWE 2K games in the past, capturing wrestlers’ gestures and actions for the successful gaming series. The upcoming WWE 2K23 game will not include any of Knight’s new animations. His work in motion capture for the game was completed when he wrestled for other firms during his time away from WWE.
During a prior interview with Chris Van Vliet, LA Knight revealed that he had recently shot an entrance for Hulk Hogan for a WWE 2K game, blissfully unaware that Hogan’s inclusion in the game was to be a surprise.
“Last time I was with you I think I blew something that you ended up having to edit out. I was like, ‘Oh yeah, I did Hulk Hogan’s entrance,’ and I immediately get a call from 2K, ‘You can’t say that.’ I was like, ‘Oh'”
LA Knight also assisted in designing move sets for his persona in WWE 2K20. However, he recently shared that his packed schedule has hindered him from continuing to perform motion capture work for WWE 2K games.
