Dr Disrespect achieves the first nuke of CoD Warzone: Season 2
American streamer Dr Disrespect became part of the first team to achieve a nuke win in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0’s Season 2. However, as fans were celebrating his milestone, Dr Disrepect decided to uninstall the game after the achievement.
Call of Duty: Warzone usually gives players a unique chance to obtain a flashy win with its “Champion’s Quest” contract. Players wanting to unlock the quest must first win five consecutive matches or 30 games in total. This will unlock a secret win condition in their next match.
When players discover three such contracts hidden within the match, it will allow the Warzone team to set off an in-game nuke. This in turn results in a glorious “Champion’s Domination” victory.
Dr Disrespect completed the process to become the first player to do so in the latest season of Call of Duty Warzone. The streamer uploaded a video on his official YouTube channel channel recently, which shows off his massive accomplishments within Call of Duty: Warzone.
The team in which Dr Disrespect was playing racked up five wins and achieved a massive “Champion’s Domination” win. A major credit for the win goes to a heroic effort from teammates and fellow streamers ZLaner and Destroy.
The notable victory by Dr Disrespect and Co. marks the first nuke win after the launch of Season 2 earlier in February 2024. Warzone already seems to be on its way to adding plenty of new content to the game with the launch of the new season. This includes the return of the “Fortune’s Keep” map among others.
The launch of Season 2 also brings along a crossover with The Walking Dead, which introduces new skins based on Rick Grimes and Michonne. These come as part of a limited-time event arriving at the end of February.
Why did Dr Disrespect uninstall Call of Duty?
However, after the flashy win, fans were left shocked when Dr Disrespect went on to uninstall Warzone. The 41-year-old claimed that “it had to happen” after the match. Notably, the nuke victory comes after multiple previous failed attempts from the streamer to achieve a nuke win within Warzone. These failed attempts include partnering with other popular streamers like Timthetatman.

Nonetheless, the nuke win stands as a massive achievement in Dr Disrespect’s Warzone portfolio, taking his legacy a notch higher as one of gaming’s most famous streamers.
Apart from achievements, he has had his own share of controversies too. His high-profile ban from Twitch is one of the biggest ones, not only in his career but also in the history of Twitch. Besides he is also known for his long-time rivalry with fellow streamer Ninja.
