For the past three decades, the EA FIFA game series has been a significant component of the gaming business. The video game includes realistic soccer gameplay, allowing you to experience the skills of soccer athletes from various areas and clubs.
The first title in the FIFA series, EA FIFA International Soccer or FIFA ’94, was released in late 1993 to commemorate the approaching World Cup in soccer in 1994. FIFA: International Soccer exploded in the 16-bit era of video games, alongside major titles such as Donkey Kong Country, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Mortal Kombat. This game has 76 playable nationalities.
Revolution of the FIFA World
After the release of the first title, there was no going back as the first title was super successful, then EA started its legacy in collaboration with FIFA by releasing annual titles.

Meanwhile, with the introduction of the “Off the Ball” feature, FIFA 2004 became a milestone title, revolutionizing the tactical component of gaming and enhancing the whole experience.
FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) was introduced in FIFA 09, allowing users to assemble fantasy teams by collecting player cards and competing in online matches.
EA FIFA adopted realism as a basic element over time. The Ignite Engine was introduced in FIFA 14, dramatically improving player animations, AI behavior, and in-game physics. This was a watershed point in the franchise’s history, setting a new benchmark for graphic quality and movement fluidity.
Significant progress was made in the years that followed. “The Journey,” a story-driven career mode depicting the progress of a teenage player called Alex Hunter, was added to FIFA 17.
With the release of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in late 2020, FIFA 21 took use of the next-generation hardware to produce breathtaking graphics and ultra-realistic player likenesses using cutting-edge technologies like ray tracing and better animations.
