Logan Paul and his brother Jake are arguably two of the biggest names in the combat sports industry. However, despite being brothers, the two still have their differences. As it turns out, both of them believe that they are better at boxing than the other.
Recently, Jake Paul took on Nate Diaz inside the ring on August 5. Despite the odds heavily in his favor for KO win, Jake only managed to secure a unanimous decision victory. Whilst many expected to see a thoroughly dominant showing from Paul, Nate made sure to give the fans a spectacle. On the same night, Logan Paul took on Ricochet at WWE Summerslam 2023.
Thus, both brothers linked up for the latest episode of IMPAULSIVE where they got into an argument. According to Logan, Jake tends to fight all of the people that The Maverick wants. Here, Jake retorts, “You don’t fight real fights, it’s not your option to give me my opponents”. Further, the younger brother adds, “You’re not even a fighter, you do exhibitions and lost like 4 years ago.” In his response, Logan says, “I think I’m better than you, and I think Nate chose you for a reason”.
To prove his case, Logan states that he went toe to toe with ‘the greatest boxer of all time’ in Floyd Mayweather. However, since it was an exhibition bout, no official winner was declared after the fight went the distance. Interestingly, Jake, who was present ringside often spoke about how Logan won. As it turns out, his opinion has since shifted, with him believing that Mayweather won the fight.
Logan Paul is fighting Dillon Danis next
For the most part, Logan has been away from the boxing ring for a while now. In his last outing, Logan took on Floyd Mayweather in an inconsequential boxing match. With the bout being an exhibition, neither fighter truly ‘won’ the fight. Whilst surviving against Mayweather is in itself a notable feat, it is becoming somewhat of a gimmick.
Thus, Logan has been urged to return to boxing, with numerous names touted to fight him as well. However, his work with the WWE, PRIME Hydration, and other engagements have kept him away. In the meantime, Jake has taken on numerous names like Tyron Woodley, Anderson Silva, Tommy Fury, and most recently, Nate Diaz. Hence, Logan’s return to the ring remains long overdue, but from what we hear, it may not be for long.

Recently, KSI revealed that he would be taking on Tommy Fury on the MF x DAZN: The Prime Card. Thereafter, it was also revealed that Logan Paul will be at the co-main event as well. Since then, we have received confirmation that his opponent will in fact be Dillon Danis. Previously, the fight was touted for early 2023, but Dillon was then booked to take on KSI, which he then pulled out of.
Now, it appears that the deal is all said and done, and the Ohio native will be making his much-awaited boxing return. Interestingly, Logan is also eyeing a potential matchup against Tommy Fury in the future should he beat KSI. With Tommy beating Jake in the past, a Logan-Tommy fight would make for a great storyline and an entertaining showing overall.
