Why does Bill Goldberg not want his son to join WWE?
Fans have been assuming that Gage Goldberg may follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue professional wrestling. But that has not been the case, and Bill Goldberg supports him 100%. When Goldberg was asked if his son would become a professional wrestler, Bill replied that he would not force him to become one. Furthermore, he would support his decision no matter what.
In an interview with TMZ, Goldberg was once asked if his son would be seen in WWE, to which he replied, “One thing’s for sure … I’ll buy a company and have him work for ME before he went into the WWE.” He further said that he hopes that his son goes to the NFL.
Goldberg certainly does not want his son to wrestle in WWE, given his bad experience with the promotion and Vince McMahon. Well, it will be interesting to see how Gage progresses his career in football and if he can make it to the NFL.
