This year’s Elimination Chamber was one of the best events in a long-time. Especially, after a disappointing Royal Rumble event, WWE was pressured to produce a good show. WWE did not fail us. In the past years, the shows taking place in Saudi Arabia have mostly been glorified house shows. But nowadays, WWE is taking the events more serious and are providing phenomenal shows. Let’s take a look at the biggest takeaways from the match.
The Tribal Chief Goldberged … Goldberg!
Ever since Roman made a return back in 2020, he has been doing everything he said to do. When he returned he said that all he will do is “Show Up and Win” he did that. During his WrestleMania 37 build, he said that he would “Smash and Stack, Edge and Daniel Bryan” he did that and just last week on SmackDown, the Universal Champion assured that he will “Goldberg – Goldberg“, and guess what, he freaking did it. Goldberg tapped out for the first time in over 20 years. Reigns locked in the Guillotine forcing the WWE Hall of Famer to submit.
The Female Superstars got the respect they deserve!
It was a big step by WWE to get the female superstars to wrestle at Saudi Arabia. But usually during their matches, the women were only given little time and all they wore was a black unitard and a T-shirt over it. During this event, the women were not only wearing a full-on wrestling gear but they were also given a lot more time to wrestle.
Bianca Belair was competing in Saudi Arabia for the second time and at the same time, won her first-ever Elimination Chamber match.

The fans celebrate WWE Hall of Famer Lita
Lita wrestled for the first time in 16-years. She challenged Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Title. Lita, despite being away for a long-time, did not seem to have missed a step. The Hall of Famer may not have emerged the victor, but she put on a great show for the fans.
After the match, the fans showed their respect for Lita with a standing ovation. If this is the last match for Lita, then it was a perfect send off.

The Miz teases to bring Cody Rhodes
The Miz wrestled Rey Mysterio on the Kick-off show. Rey received a lot of help from Dominik Mysterio and thus easily got the win over Miz. Later during the main show, while being interviewed by Kevin Patrick, Miz said that he will even the odds and will bring someone who is a superlative athlete with similar handsome features and a global superstar. This most likely should be Cody Rhodes. Given that he recently left AEW, WWE might have already signed the former EVP of AEW.
Sounds like @mikethemiz has a tag team partner in mind to take on @reymysterio & @DomMysterio35! And now, the A-Lister has to go make a call…

Brock Lesnar is a 10-time WWE Champion
Brock Lesnar competed in his first-ever elimination chamber match. Lesnar entered last and under 2 minutes eliminated Rollins, Riddle and AJ Styles. The last one remaining was Austin Theory. Theory tried to escape by climbing the top of the Chamber but at the end suffered an F-5 from the top of the pod.
