Dwayne Johnson is, without a doubt, the most famous WWE wrestler to ever grace the planet. His natural charisma inside the pro-wrestling ring has converted well on the silver screen and he has become perhaps the biggest movie star in recent memory. However, “The Rock” has found himself in the middle of an unusual controversy, as he was named in a $3 billion lawsuit recently.
The lawsuit, which was reportedly filed in October 2022, comes from Trenesha Biggers. Pro-wrestling fans would remember her better by her ring name “Rakha Khan.” She has worked for major wrestling companies such as WWE and TNA. In the lawsuit, Biggers claimed that there was a conspiracy to kidnap her and her children. The 48-page lawsuit features several big-name WWE superstars.
If I’m reading this right… The Rock, The Miz, Chris Benoit, Mick Foley and others conspired to kidnap Rhaka Khan and her children?? That seems way far fetched @KlassicMike @ReBourneAgain @breakkerstreet @bigbird432 @kat_woman13 @DbWrasslin @JohnGarces @Jay371992 pic.twitter.com/bITfRLo0YI

The Miz, his wife Maryse, Mick Foley, John Cena’s former fiance Nikki Bella, Jim Cornette, the late Chris Benoit, and Dwayne Johnson are amongst the high-profile defendants on the list. While the case was filed before the court in late 2022, Trenesha Biggers was given permission to proceed with the lawsuit only in February 2023. But not just DJ, NBA legend Michael Jordan’s college fraternity “Omega Psi Phi” was named in her lawsuit as well.
Fans react to Trenesha Biggers naming Dwayne Johnson in $3 billion kidnapping lawsuit
Dwyane Johnson has been under scrutiny a few times in recent months. He had a massive fallout with one-half of the new DC Studios head honcho James Gunn, who directed Dave Bautista in the third installment of “Guardians of the Galaxy.”
Following the failure of “Black Adam,” Gunn decided to part ways with both Johnson and Superman actor Henry Cavill. Actress Robbin Young also came forward with claims of The Rock’s infidelity.
Dwayne Johnson, who is currently busy with upcoming movies such as “Red One,” “Moana 2,” and “Doc Savage,” has not commented on the ongoing lawsuit. However, that has not stopped fans from speculating about his involvement in the alleged conspiracy to kidnap Trenesha Biggers aka Rakha Khan, and her children. So what is the public consensus about the whole situation? Let’s find out.
