Alexa Bliss, whose real name is Alexis Kaufman, has been in a relationship with musician and singer Ryan Cabrera. The couple made their relationship public in early 2020 and often shared glimpses of their time together on social media. After over two years of being together, the couple officially tied the knot in 2022. Ryan and Bliss have been living together happily thereafter.
Both Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera have been mostly supportive of each other’s professional careers. Alexa continued her professional wrestling career even after getting married. And, is still one of the most prominent female wrestlers in the WWE. Recently, Little Miss Bliss surprised her fans by announcing her pregnancy. Ryan even shared a post on Instagram with his wife and soon-to-be mother his child, Alexa.

While talking to E! News recently, the couple expressed their excitement regarding the pregnancy. Bliss described how they were “shocked” to learn that they were expecting their first child earlier this year. “It was a total surprise, as we weren’t trying at all,” Bliss revealed. Furthermore, Ryan admitted that they were “one million percent surprised,” and they simply “couldn’t be more excited.”
Moreover, Alexa also disclosed how they surprised their family. “We Facetimed my mom immediately and then shared the news with Ryan’s family,” Bliss shared. Considering the excitement, this must be the most joyful news for the couple during their relationship. In fact, this is a piece of great news for the fans, as they have been missing Alexa since her hiatus from the WWE.
When will Alexa Bliss return to WWE?
At the Royal Rumble PLE in January 2023, Alexa Bliss competed against Bianca Belair for the Raw women’s championship. Nevertheless, Bliss failed to capture the title on that night. Following the match, a video of Uncle Howdy appeared on the big screen and the screen turned dark. That was the last time fans saw Little Miss Bliss on TV.
After the Royal Rumble, Alexa has been on a hiatus and there has been no mention of her ever since on WWE TV. Although she was rumored to return on multiple occasions, there have been no signs of her return as of now. Meanwhile, following the announcement of pregnancy, Bliss’ return to WWE anytime soon is highly unlikely.
