UFC commentator, stand-up comedian, the former host of Fear Factor, and the man behind the world’s biggest podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience, Joe Rogan, wears many hats but he is foremost a family man. He has often mentioned his family on the JRE podcast, sharing anecdotes about them with guests.
Joe Rogan has 3 children in total. The oldest of his children is the 27-year-old, Kayja Rose, who was born on August 23, 1996. She is the daughter of the deceased H-town singer, Keven Conner, and Rogan’s wife, Jessica Ditzel. This makes her the stepdaughter of the renowned podcast host. But he legally adopted her in 2009 after his marriage to Ditzel.
His oldest biological child is Rosy Rogan. She was born in 2008, and she is 15 years old. Her younger sister is named Lola Rogan. Lola was born two years after Rosy and she currently is 13 years old.
Joe Rogan is very involved in his kids’ lives, often doing things against his desires to make them happy. He spoke about this with Brendan Schaub on his podcast. Rogan also once said that some of the things that Andrew Tate said got under his skin because he himself had daughters.
Despite his many controversial moments, the former Fear Factor host has mentioned always trying to be a good role model to his children. He once said that his behavior changed for the better after their birth. Rogan said, “I’ve been at my most disciplined and most best. You know, thank god they weren’t around me when I was 21.” It seems fatherhood has changed Joe Rogan.
Who is Jessica Ditzel, the wife of Joe Rogan?
Jessica Ditzel is an American model who formerly worked as a cocktail waitress. She was born in Texas on July 18, 1975. Ditzel was in a relationship with the late R&B singer, Keven “Dino” Conner, and was rumored to be engaged to him at one point.
Conner and Ditzel would break up eventually. But Dino would tragically pass away in a car accident with his then-girlfriend Teysha Rae Weisent in 2003.
Ditzel met her eventual husband, Joe Rogan, in 2001 while she was working as a cocktail waitress in Los Angeles. And after 8 years of dating, the couple finally got married in 2009. Before their marriage, they would also welcome their firstborn, Rosy. Two years later, the Rogan family welcomed their newest member Lola Rogan.
