Paul Craig is a Scottish MMA fighter who is all set to make his middleweight debut in UFC Fight Night London. He previously used to fight in the light-heavyweight category.
The fighter recently appeared in Michael Bisping’s Believe You Me Podcast. The UFC legend Bisping asked Craig Paul that many fans want to know the secret to the lusciousness of his beard. Craig was ready with a cheeky reply that made Bisping burst into laughter.
He said, “There’s nothing like female juices.” To which, Bisping further asked him, “What juices? Like p**sy juice man,” said Craig. Michael Bisping enjoyed this moment and said that he was expecting this answer from him.

Paul Craig has had a UFC career filled with ups and downs. Having made his debut in the promotion in December 2016, the 35-year-old has a record of 16-6-1. His last two fights were not too great for him as he faced consecutive losses.
A highlight of Paul Craig’s career is when he defeated the former UFC light-heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill at UFC 263. The Scottish fighter won the bout by a technical knock-out in the first round after snapping Hill’s elbow with an armbar. He also earned the bonus for ‘Performance of the Night’.
Paul Craig to put on 32 lbs of weight in a day
Paul Craig, who usually competes in the light-heavyweight division of the UFC, will fight in the middleweight category for his fight at UFC London against Andre Muniz.
Although he will have to weigh around 186 lbs. on the weigh-in day before the fight, it is possible that he will gain the weight back on the fight night. Craig himself revealed that during the practice weight cut, he got around 218 lbs on the fight day.

He added that he feels more confident in this version of himself because he has done the weight cut properly and got rid of the fat.
“That’s heavier than I was in previous fights, that’s because we’ve stripped all of this fat and done it properly, as opposed to not doing a weight cut. When you look at me stepping on the scales at previous fights, I look well but now you are seeing a better version of myself.” – said Paul Craig

The decision to move down to 180 lbs. came after his two consecutive defeats. ‘BearJew’ lost his last fight against Johnny Walker at UFC 283 in the first round itself by TKO.
These losses made the fighter realize that the size difference between him and the opponents was too much of a hurdle for him. The fighter said recently at a media event in London that according to him, the middleweight division is best suited to his style of fighting.
Inconsistency has been Paul Craig’s biggest foe and he realizes that the fight against Andre Muniz is a must-win for him. Time will tell if the Scottish fighter’s decision to move to the middleweight division of the fight game was a wise one.
