UFC heavyweight fighter Ciryl Gane made a successful return to the octagon in front of his home crowd. Gane faced heavyweight fighter Sergey Spivak in the main event of UFC Paris after his loss against Jon Jones, he had a lot of pressure going into this fight.
However, the French fighter managed to put on an impressive show as he dismantled SpivaK. Bon Gamin managed to score a second-round TKO and also showcased some major improvements in his performance.
After the triumphant return, Gane kicked back and enjoyed his win with Michael Bisping and fellow heavyweight Tom Aspinall. The trio was seen trying their hand at the power punching machine where Gane managed to clock out an enormous score of 95.2 out of 100.

Leading up to his fight with SpivaK, Ciryl had been posting clips of himself shattering the punching machine record. So it was no surprise, that he would perform well. While Michael Bisping decided to compete against Gane, fellow Britisher Tom Aspinall declined the offer.
Tom Aspinall is also considered one of the hardest hitters in the heavyweight division. However, Bon Gamin’s score might have been a bit too much for Tom. Additionally, Aspinall was seen holding alcohol in the video, so he might not have been at his full strength.
While Aspinall declined to compete against Gane on the machine, they might soon face each other. Both fighters have called out each other, and it is only a matter of time before they meet inside the octagon.

During his post-fight interview, Gane stated that his last performance was bad but now he seems to be back on track.
Heavyweight fighter Tom Aspinall was also present among the French crowd to witness the match. Aspinall had already made it clear that he wanted to fight Ciryl Gane at some point. However, he preferred the winner of Gane vs. Spivak for his next bout.

After his win over Sergey, Bon Gamin was also asked if he would want to fight Tom Aspinall going forward. While Ciryl did not take any names, he made it clear that he was ready to fight anyone to reach the belt. “You know what my mission, whoever it is, is to go forward. I’ve failed in getting the belt, so my mission is to get the belt and that’s what i’m going to do moving forward,” said Gane.
