Israel Adesanya has been basking in his glory after his monumental win at UFC 287. Taking on Alex Pereira in the rematch, Izzy was able to prove his doubters wrong and get the victory. Since then, it would seem that the champ has reignited another old rivalry.
Previously, Adesanya took on Paulo Costa at UFC 253. After an amazing back and forth, Izzy was able to get the best of Costa, finishing the fight via KO/TKO. However, after beating Costa, Adesanya proceeded to taunt Costa even further, by ‘humping’ his grounded opponent. Whilst Paulo was unaware of this immediately after the fight, he has been quite agitated about it ever since.

Thus, Costa would often take to Twitter, trolling Adesanya for various reasons. Following the events of UFC 287, Costa put out yet another tweet, seemingly mocking Izzy for hugging Alex Pereira backstage. Responding to the Eraser, Izzy wrote, “I’d jizzapprove…but I legit do give the best hugs. I’m skinny but cuddly af”.
Notably, Costa poked fun at Israel’s painted nails, something that the middleweight champ has been sporting for a while now. Previously, Sean Strickland also poked fun at Adesanya at the UFC 276 press conference. In a rather hilarious response to Izzy’s outburst, Strickland said, “Oh man I made the champion mad with his f*cking frosted tips and his gay little watch. Oh no!”

Thus, the two-time middleweight champion has been called a lot of names. Owing to his ‘fruity’ behavior at times, it has often raised a lot of questions about Adesanya’s sexuality. Additionally, speculations about Izzy’s gynecomastia added more fuel to the fire, with many labeling the fighter as “Gynosanya”. Despite the memes and trolling the champ, has never claimed to be gay or bisexual.
Responding to Paulo Costa, Israel posted yet another video. Notably, the video starts off with a recent clip of Izzy, presumably in a bar in Miami. Previously, a clip of Adesanya interacting with a blonde woman in a club at his after-party sent fans into a frenzy. During this one, he is seen spanking a woman, who was twerking in front of him.

Following that, the video also contained a clip of a man in an African church exclaiming, “I am not gay no more, I am delivered! I don’t like men’s no more, I said I like women”. Captioned as “Why does @BorrachinhaMMA keep calling me a “f*ggot/f*ggy” bro??,” the video ends with a clip of Adesanya ‘humping’ Paulo Costa after their UFC 253 fight. For the most part, the video has left fans in stitches and thoroughly entertained after this rather unexpected clip video from the champ.
As for Israel’s sexuality, he was previously rumored to be dating Kim Kardashian lookalike, Shana Evers. Notably, Israel has been spotted with the Australian model on multiple occasions, leading to rumors of them potentially dating. Although neither party confirmed the news, the woman has been spotted on Izzy’s stories by eagle-eyed fans, giving them the confirmation they need. Thus, it would appear that the champ might not be ‘gay’ after all as some fans and fighters suggest.
