Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic had the most eventful season this year. He capped it off in Turin by winning the Nitto ATP Finals in front of a packed house. While Novak and his family rejoiced in his victory, eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot a familiar face.
Djokovic has been in sensational form throughout the year. Barring his loss to Carlos Alcaraz in the Wimbledon final, Novak has won the other three Grand Slams. Additionally, he has also won Masters 1000 titles, with his most recent being the Paris Masters. The Serb created history when he won the ATP Finals on Sunday and spent 400 weeks as the world’s number-one player.
Djokovic defeated Jannik Sinner 6-3, 6-3, and then went to his box to celebrate with his family. It was an entertaining match, as Sinner fought hard, but Novak was too good for him.

Novak can be seen hugging his children, Stefan and Tara, in the box. However, there was a mysterious woman in the box with them. Naturally, fans are curious about this brunette. So who is she?
Novak and his wife, Jelena Djokovic, lead very busy lives, but they love their children the most. Therefore, it is not surprising that they have hired a nanny to help them out. Djokovic has always been open about what his children’s support means to him. So of course, they followed their father to Turin, along with the “mysterious” nanny.
It is reported that the Djokovics had a list of requirements for the au pair, which this lady met. Novak’s children adore her, and she has quickly become a part of the Djokovic family. She has also been spotted with them in the past when the Serb was playing at Wimbledon. Either way, it is heartwarming to see them all bond in this fashion together.
Did Novak Djokovic pass on his love for tennis to his son?
Novak Djokovic has been an icon for tennis for a long time now. He has broken and created records left and right this year alone. Djokovic is still one of the fittest players around, and he is still hungry for more. However, this begs the question: Does Stefan, his son, feel the same way about tennis?
Yes, Stefan does indeed share his father’s love, and Novak has openly spoken about Stefan’s love for the sport. “It’s really only his pure desire to step on the court. So if he wants to embark on this journey, I guess I have to embark with him too. He’s doing well so far, he’s really in love with the sport,” said Djokovic (via People).
It is not surprising that Novak Djokovic’s son shares his passion with his father. And should he take it seriously in the future, Djokovic will be his best mentor.
