Paula Badosa and Stefanos Tsitsipas have gone through a lot in the past few months. The couple has been spending time off the court as it gets hard to spend time with each other during the tour. Tsitsipas is currently playing at the Shanghai Masters 1000 and has won his opening match. Badosa is away from the tour, recovering from a back injury. The couple were last seen together in Greece.
There have been breakup rumors about Badosa and Tsitsipas. Their joint account on Instagram, Tsitsidosa, suddenly had no pictures or videos of them together. The rumors came to an end when the couple posted a story, both spending time together. Badosa said, “I think we have to go through all kinds of experiences in life to then know what we want, what we like and what we don’t.” The fans were relieved to see them both again.

Meanwhile, Badosa has not played a match since July, when she retired hurt in the second round at Wimbledon. The Spaniard’s back injury has affected her form the whole season.
Paula Badosa gives update on her comeback to tour
Badosa has given the fans about her return to tour. The 25-year-old was expected to be back on the court next season, but it seems it will happen much sooner. Badosa has mentioned that she will make an appearance at the Billie Jean King Cup in November. The event will be held in Spain, which will be even better for the former world No.2 as she can represent her country in front of the home crowd.
The Billie Jean King Cup will be held from 7th November to 12th November. A total of 12 nations will take part, as Spain will require Badosa’s presence during the event. The world No.45 led the attack last season at the event. She played in doubles and singles. Badosa won four matches and lost one match at the 2022 Billie Jean King Cup as Spain lost to Great Britain.

It has not been confirmed whether Baodsa will play both singles and doubles like last time. She might not take risks as it has been more than three months since she has played a professional match. Fans are dying to see the 2021 French Open quarterfinalist on the courts like before.
