There is no doubt that Belarussian star Aryna Sabalenka is a very skilled tennis player. As the current world number one, Sabalenka is a joy to watch with her aggressive style of playing. However, her skills are not just limited to tennis, as she recently showed off her soccer prowess on social media.
Sabalenka has been one of the most consistent players in the last few years. She started off the year by winning her maiden Grand Slam at the Australian Open. Sabalenka continued in that vein throughout the year, picking up titles along the way. The Belarussian came very close to winning her second major title before Coco Gauff defeated her in the US Open final.
Aryna has her eyes set on the WTA Finals at the end of the year, which is why she has been practicing hard. But practice can be fun too, as Sabalenka showed in her recent Instagram post.

Aryna can be seen juggling a soccer ball in the clip, concentrating her efforts on not dropping it. She captioned the post with, “More footwork, more energy.”
Fans absolutely loved watching Aryna have a bit of fun during practice. One fan suggested that Aryna should take up soccer next, and another commented, “I’m sure you are Brazilian.” Legendary soccer star Ronaldo himself left a bunch of clapping emojis, as Sabalenka responded by saying she needs lessons.
Aryna Sabalenka has been in incredible form this year and will go into the WTA Finals as one of the favorites. While she could not leave a mark in China this season, she still has much to look forward to.

However, it is not just the trophy that Iga has in her sights. Aryna’s top rank is also at stake because both players are separated by a meager 590 points. The winner of the tournament will earn 1500 points, which could end up being the decider.
Aryna Sabalenka will try to hold on to her fiery form in Cancun. It will not be an easy competition, but the stakes are high, and Sabalenka plays best under pressure.
