Stephen Curry, the renowned American Basketball player for the Golden State Warriors, NBA. He is also known as Wardell Stephen Curry II, born to Dell Curry or Wardell Stephen Curry Sr. He was a former player for the NBA from 1986 to 2002, retired as an all-time leader for Charlotte Hornets’ and had a stellar NBA career and so does his son, Stephen.
The 6 feet 2 inches tall star already has been an MVP for the NBA twice, born on March 14, 1988, into a family of sports enthusiasts. His mother Sonya Curry was also a volleyball player, his brother Seth is a basketball player too and his sister Sydel is a volleyball player. The 35-year-old fan-favorite star was born in Akron, Ohio but met his wife Ayesha Curry as a teenager in North Carolina. They first met in church and the high school romance resulted in a marriage in 2011. They are parents to three beautiful children- Riley, Ryan and Canon. In 2018, Stephen stepped in as an executive producer with Viola Davis to film ‘Emanuel‘, a film that is based on the story of the pain inflicted by Roof on that summer day in 2015, a closing prayer interrupted by the gunshots of a man aiming to ignite a race war.
