The reason the Reds boss wasn’t keen to shake hands with Chris Kavanagh can be turned upon the English referee’s performance in the much anticipated Carabao Cup final between Chelsea and Liverpool. There was a foul on Liverpool’s player Ryan Gravenberch by Chelsea’s Moises Caicedo.

The Reds midfielder Ryan Gravenberch was carried off the field after the incident on a stretcher by the medical staff.
