However, Pep seems to be unfazed by all of this and continues to work with great desire at Manchester City FC, he will be looking to win a 4th successive EPL title this 2023-24 season. It remains to be seen whether or not Manchester City have it in them this 2023-24 season to clinch the title.

Pep Guardiola stated he would return to Barcelona as coach if he thought he was “indispensable” during an awards ceremony where he was chosen as the best Catalan manager in 2022. He later disputed that this was the case and reiterated his satisfaction at Manchester City.

Nevertheless, Guardiola suggested that he might eventually rejoin the team from his youth, where he enjoyed great success both as a player as well as a head coach. Pep said, “If I thought I was indispensable, I would return, but that’s not the case. There are stages, there are processes, and if one day I have to meet again, we will meet again in a natural way.”
Guardiola re-signed a contract with Manchester City that will keep him there through 2025. Since taking over at the Etihad in 2016, he has led the team to nearly unheard-of levels of success, and his historic treble in the 2022–2023 season cemented his status as one of the sport’s greatest managers.

Pep said, “I lived in Munich for three years, I know the Bayern mentality and quality they have. Still a strong game to do.” Pep was Bayern’s manager for 3 years and won the Bundesliga in all of his 3 seasons there before moving to Manchester City in 2016.
