Another World Champion has her eye on ONE Women’s Atomweight MMA World Champion Stamp Fairtex for a future fight. Newly minted ONE interim women’s atomweight kickboxing queen Phetjeeja is hoping that an all-Thai showdown might take place down the line.
“The Queen” toppled French-Algerian legend Anissa Meksen at ONE Friday Fights 46 last month to claim the interim strap with a dominant unanimous decision victory.
Phetjeeja has taken ONE Championship by storm since making her debut in 2023 after a stint in boxing. In an interview following her World Title win, the 21-year-old prodigy revealed that Stamp is a big inspiration for her success on the global stage.

“[Fighting Stamp] is my future plan. I always want to be a ONE World Champion. I’ve always thought that if I come back to fight in ONE, it will be a big sensation because I stopped doing Muay Thai for a long time. And I want to make the Thai female’s fighter circle develop further. And I want to succeed on a global stage like Stamp,” she said.
Phetjeeja reeled off two crushing knockouts on the ONE Friday Fights platform early last year to earn a coveted six-figure contract with the martial arts giant.
Upon making her debut as a fully-fledged member of the roster, she needed just 26 seconds to dispatch former World Title challenger Lara Fernandez. She then followed up by dominating tough Australian Celest Hansen en route to a third-round TKO to book her shot at the interim women’s atomweight kickboxing strap.
Phetjeeja believes Stamp Fairtex fight is “inevitable”
Despite her current status as the women’s atomweight MMA queen, Stamp Fairtex has competed extensively in Muay Thai and kickboxing.
The 27-year-old has a record of 64-17 under striking rules in addition to her 11-2 run in MMA and reigned as both the ONE Women’s Atomweight Muay Thai and Kickboxing World Champion back in 2020.
Phetjeeja, for her part, holds a staggering Muay Thai and kickboxing record of 206-6 and has quickly established herself as a star on the global stage. Given that the Thai pair both occupy the women’s atomweight divisions, talk of a matchup between them is not lost on Phetjeeja.

“Yes, I’ve seen on the Internet that many fans want me to fight Stamp,” she said. “And seeing that, I think it will be one of the most entertaining ones. I think that would probably be inevitable because we’re in the same weight class.”
Both fighters are awaiting their next assignments. However, Phetjeeja could find herself in a ONE Women’s Atomweight Kickboxing World Title unification bout when divisional queen Janet Todd returns from injury.
