Nina Marie Daniele is an MMA reporter who has made a name for herself through her witty interviews and great interaction with the fans. Becoming a mainstay in the MMA media industry is not an easy feat. However, Daniele has shown immense skills and knowledge of the sport to make it big. Let’s find out more about the bubbly reporter.
Daniele is a New York native, according to GQ. She was born on December 27, 1988. There is a scarcity of details about her family, however, reports claim she is very close to her parents. More information regarding her parents, however, is not available. Reports suggest that she is American and her ethnicity is also speculated to be the same.
Daniele reportedly earned a creative writing degree after completing her schooling. Controversy ensued when she took to X and claimed she earned a psychology degree from Harvard University.
While hitting back at people commenting negatively about her in 2023, she wrote, “I’m a Harvard graduate, with a degree in psychology too. Studies show people who write negative comments on the internet tend to be projecting a reflection of themselves.”
However, this does not stand as complete proof of having a Harvard degree. She was likely lying just to get back at trolls on the internet.
Daniele was probably not always inclined towards becoming a UFC content creator. Early in her life, she was hoping to make a career in modeling. She even made it to the cover of Playboy.
Nina Marie-Daniele made her debut as a Playboy model in 2017
Daniele has an illustrious past as a Playboy model. She joined in 2017 as ‘Playmate of the Month’ in March/April. After excelling in her career, she went on to earn the prestigious ‘Playmate of the Year’ title in 2018. However, when she was asked about being ‘Playmate of the Year’, initially she thought she was in some trouble.
Daniele is a New York native and traveled to the Playboy headquarters one day. In an interview with WWD, she said Playboy chief Cooper Hefner asked her to join him in his office.
She continued, “I walked into the office and everyone was looking at me… and then they sat down and they said, “We were wondering if you would do us the honor of being Playmate of the Year.” It was one of those moments where you say, “I’m sorry what? Can you say it again?” I was shocked but I was just so happy. I really love this company and I love everything they stand for.”
Her boyfriend, Jhanelle Castillo, was proud of her Playboy career. The creative director even posted about it on his own Instagram. The pair have been together for over a decade. However, after her 2018 rise, not much is known about her Playboy or modeling career.
