Kevin Hart recently shared a video of himself on Instagram which created a buzz. In the video, the actor mentioned how he suffered after not taking “the age 40” seriously. He further gave updates to his fans about the injuries he suffered.
“Ladies and gentlemen, the age 40 is real. All my men, women out there 40 years old and above, it’s not a game. Respect that age… I tore my lower abdomen, my abductors are torn… Don’t know what that is but I tore them. I tore those too. I can’t walk,” he said.

In his post’s caption, Kevin Hart called himself “the dumbest man alive”. He revealed that he got into a debate with the former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Stevan Ridley. The debate was reportedly about who’s faster among the two. Reports suggest that Hart tried to race Ridley for 40 yards and ended up hurting himself.
“Tried to go out there and do some young man’s stuff, and I was told to sit my a*s down. Shoutout to Stevan Ridley. I’m gonna try to put out this story before you do,” Hart said.
After his race attempt with Stevan Ridley, Hart has surely understood where he stands. The comedian is clearly regretting agreeing to the race with the NFL running back. For now, fans are praying for him to get well soon.
