Nick Khan, Brad Blum, and Stephanie McMahon find themselves in hot waters after a major development in the ongoing Janel Grant lawsuit. In January 2024, the former WWE employee filed a lawsuit against the co-founder Vince McMahon which included allegations of r*pe, s*xual assault, and s*x trafficking. As a result, McMahon had to resign from TKO and ended up selling 5,350,000 stocks for a reported $411,950,000.
The current WWE CCO Triple H also commented on the topic after the 2024 Royal Rumble PLE. Although he ensured that the employees worked in a safe environment backstage, Triple H largely refused to address the allegations directly. The 54-year-old added that the higher-ups in the company were unaware of the alleged incidents.
However, a recent report from Front Office Reports has claimed that Nick Khan and Brad Blum knew about McMahon’s alleged antics. It is important to add that the lawsuit had originally mentioned that 12 employees were informed about Janel Grant’s allegations. Hence the news of Khan and Blum’s alleged involvement does make a lot of sense. While Nick is a well-known figure, many are unaware of who Brad Blum is.
For the uninitiated, Brad Blum is WWE’s Chief Operating Officer. As per his LinkedIn profile, he has been associated with the company for over 17 years. Before that, he also served in the US Army for over 8 years between 2004-2006. However, the report has clarified that neither Khan nor Blum were part of the alleged misdeeds of McMahon and John Laurinaitis.
But, Nick Khan and Brad Blum are not the only employees in the suit. Vince McMahon’s daughter and former WWE Co-CEO Stephanie McMahon is the third person to be identified. As per the report, WWE officers 1, 2, and 3 are Khan, Blum, and Stephanie McMahon respectively. However, she reportedly did not have much involvement, and their interactions were limited to Stephanie asking Grant to sit near her during an executive meeting.
WWE breaks silence on Stephanie McMahon, Nick Khan and Brad Blum’s alleged involvement
The news has certainly made some waves in the professional wrestling world. After the initial news broke on January 25, 2024, many former WWE stars broke their silence on the matter. While Ronda Rousey took shots at Vince McMahon’s trusted associate Bruce Prichard, Ryback added that more allegations were about to be unearthed against the former WWE CEO. But, McMahon has maintained the position that he is innocent.
After the news about Nick Khan and Brad Blum’s alleged involvement in the lawsuit, WWE has also put out an official statement. The company has disputed that either of their current employees had any prior knowledge of the alleged abuse that Janel Grant faced during her employment with the company.

The statement read, “WWE takes Ms. Grant’s allegations very seriously and has no tolerance for any physical abuse or unwanted physical contact… Neither Nick Khan nor Brad Blum, prior to the lawsuit being filed on January 25, 2024, were aware of any allegation by Ms. Grant that she was the victim of abuse or unwanted physical contact; nor does the complaint allege that either had knowledge of such.”
Meanwhile, Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp has also released an update from Grant’s legal representative. Ann Callis, who is the alleged victim’s attorney, has disputed WWE’s official statement and confirmed that both Khan and Blum were indeed aware of what happened to Janel Grant. As for Stephanie McMahon, she resigned from the company in 2023 and has maintained a low profile ever since.
While legal proceedings are yet to finish, it will certainly be interesting to see what other names come to public knowledge. What is your take on the matter? Let us know in the comments below.
