UFC 292 turned out to be another blockbuster event for fight fans. We got a new UFC bantamweight champion in the house, and his name is Sean O’Malley, he defeated Aljamain Sterling by a brutal TKO, which made the crowd go crazy at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The main card also featured the young Irishman Ian Machado Garry, who continued his undefeated record in mixed martial arts by defeating veteran fighter Neil Magny.
It was also a good day at the office for veteran bantamweight Marlon ‘Chito‘ Vera, who defeated Pedro Munhoz by unanimous decision. However, fans forgot about that when the video went viral involving Chito.
The Irish fighter Garry posted a video on his Instagram where he was seen taking a shower along with Marlon Vera, and the part that surprised the fans was that both of them were completely naked.

Garry captioned the video, “Nothing like that post-fight victory shower!” MMA fans could not understand Garry’s purpose for uploading the video and did not miss the golden chance to troll the undefeated welterweight.
What happened in Marlon Vera and Ian Garry’s fights at UFC 292?
Ian Machado Garry enjoyed complete dominance inside the octagon at UFC 292 against Neil Magny. Right from the first second, the Irish prospect went all in with his aggressive approach using those vicious leg kicks that really hurt Magny, as he was seen limping at the end of the second round.
Garry continues to rise through the UFC welterweight rankings, as he secured an easy decision victory. He called out another UFC veteran, Stephen Thompson, in his octagonal interview.
Thompson too would be longing for some action as his last fight, which was against Michel Pereira at UFC 291 got canceled as the latter failed to make weight. If a bout between ‘Wonderboy‘ and ‘The Future’ materializes, it would for sure be the latter’s most important fight in his resume to date.

Marlon ‘Chito’ Vera too enjoyed success in his fight against another bantamweight veteran, Pedro Munhoz. In the first round, Vera looked slow and did not show the same energy as his opponent, who was constantly using those effective leg kicks.
The last round was definitely in favor of Vera, as he managed to land a brilliant body-head combination that caused the strongest reaction. He won by a unanimous decision, and the judges scored the fight 30-27, 30-27, and 29-28.
Overall, it was a great night for fight fans, as the card had some exciting fights and also got a new champion. Which fighter impressed you the most? Tell us in the comments!
