Things are quite heated up between Jey Uso and Roman Reigns since the Usos turned against the Tribal Chief. The two met at the recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown for a contract signing. Jey waited for Reigns to come and sign the contract. Roman asked him if he actually wanted to go against him and he replied in the affirmative.
Roman Reigns signed the contract that lay on the table but not before calling Jey a “pawn.” Jey Uso tore the contract and said that they didn’t need a contract to face off. He went ahead to call their match “a trial combat.” He went ahead to count the things that included a stick, a steel chair, an announcer’s table, and the table lying right in front of him.
However, there was one thing that left The Tribal Chief platter a huge smile. “I’ll grab that lady’s slipper and slap you right across,” said Jey. Hardly did he utter the words when the cameras caught a smiling Reigns. There is hardly any instant where he breaks his character but whenever he does, it takes the fans into a meltdown. One fan on Twitter wrote, “Jey taking personal promo lessons from the goat of promos the Rock”.
Another fan praised Jey and wrote, “Jey has always been a great promo – very Briscoe-esque in a lot of ways”. Another fan wrote, “Solo fighting for his life to not break character and starts laughin’!” while a fan criticized Roman and wrote, “Bruh. He broke roman outta that stare. Nicely done.” Another fan praised their performance and wrote, “Their on-screen chemistry together is pure gold. The intensity, passion, and delivery shine through without fail.”
The Bloodline has been ruling the WWE Universe with its excellent performance inside the squared circle. Not only have its members performed as the biggest heels but have also left the fans with wide smiles with their character breaks.
