Jumpshot Live is a new venture that focuses on fans enjoying the sport of basketball indoors with high-level technology being involved. As some fans might be aware, these kinds of sports entertainment complexes already exist. We have already seen Top Golf, which was established in 2000, do very well over the last couple of decades.
Since basketball has just as extensive a fan base when compared to golf, there is no denying that this idea has the potential to be a big success. Due to its increasing popularity on social media, Fans should certainly want to know about what Jumpshot Live offers and the man responsible for its creation.
Akhil Chandan is the CEO and acting CTO of Jumpshot Live
It turns out that there is a whole board of experienced and qualified people behind Jumpshot Live. As we can tell from their website, Akil Chandan is the CEO and acting CTO for the organization. To those who do not know, CTO is the position of Chief Technology Officer, another prominent role.
Some of the other board members include the Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach Phil Handy and Detlef Schrempf, a former NBA player. It would also interest people to know that the former CEO of Top Golf, Ken May, is also a board member and investor in Jumpshot Live.

As one would expect from the CEO and CTO of Jumpshot Live, Akhil Chandan has built quite an impressive reputation for himself. He started out as a software developer and soon rose up the ranks of various organizations. Chandan also worked as an instructor at the University of Washington for around 5 months. His most recent position was as a Senior Software Development Engineer. That was before he took on the position of CEO and CTO for Jumpshot Live.
Akhil Chandan is cited as the CEO, and JumpShot, Inc. website lists former TopGolf CEO Ken May, LA Lakers Assistant Coach Phil Handy, and NBA Detlef Schrempft as board members/investors. But that’s according to their website! pic.twitter.com/iN5GMHSZrl

Although some fans feel that it will be difficult to civilize basketball and bring it into the social sphere, Akhil Chadan and the rest of his board are striving for the same to be accomplished. While it is still too soon to tell for certain, we wish them the best and hope that the people’s expectations will be met. After all, it is likely for such creative endeavors to be quite successful.
