The Sacramento Kings have officially concluded their regular season series against the Los Angeles Lakers. The Kings have won all four games against LA following their recent 120-107 victory. Despite LeBron James being present on the floor, LA couldn’t get a hold of a lead following the second quarter of the game. LA’s only lead came during the first quarter by as many as five points.

Sacramento dominated during the second half of the game and it took almost everyone’s contribution to help achieve it. Domantas Sabonis has been unstoppable this season averaging 20.1 points, 13.6 rebounds, and 8.4 assists per game. Once again, he finished the game with an incredible triple-double.

The Kings’ defensive schemes were slightly better than what the Lakers were able to produce on the floor. Sacramento recorded 11 steals while Keon Ellis and De’Aaron Fox contributed a good sum to it. They shot 52.3% from the field, 46.3% from deep, and 75% from the free throw line.

Sabonis was spectacular as he finished with 17 points, 19 rebounds, and 10 assists including 2 steals and one block. Harrison Barnes led the team in scoring with 23 points going 7-11 from deep. Fox added 21 points to the total score followed by Keegan Murray’s 19 points and 11 rebounds.

The Lakers gave away too many personal fouls which also helped the Kings capitalise for the victory. LA shot 48.7% from the field, 43.8% from deep, and 77.3% from the free throw line. As much as they needed D’Angelo Russell to score, he only finished with 6 points in 33 minutes.

James contributed 18 points, 13 rebounds, and 9 assists. Rui Hachimura added 20 points which was followed by 22 points and 10 rebounds from Anthony Davis. Austin Reaves led the entire game in points shooting seven three-pointers. Reaves had 28 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists.
