In a skin-crawling conversation, Shaquille O’Neal rendered Bobbi Althoff speechless as he waggled his tongue and referred to himself as “the love doctor.”
Whenever the NBA idol appears in front of a camera or a microphone, he always attracts a crowd. In his latest appearance, Bobbi Althoff, a popular comedian because of her purposefully difficult interrogation technique that causes both guests and spectators to make attempts to leap out of their seats, conducted an interview with him.
But despite the fact that it’s meant to make people feel awkward, she genuinely acknowledged that she felt the conversation with the four-time NBA champion to be challenging.

When Shaq presented himself as “Doctor Shaquille O’Neal” at the beginning of their video clip, it raised curiosity. In addition to being a basketball superstar and a prosperous entrepreneur, Shaq also spins records as DJ Diesel.
Althoff pressed him on the matter by asking what, if anything, he had a PhD in after he labeled himself a doctor. It turns out that he was alluding to his own nickname, “the love doctor,” although he really isn’t actually a doctor whatsoever.
“Cause I’m the love doctor, so if they pay me, that’d be illegal,” Shaq grinned. (h/t via Daily Star)
Shortly after introducing himself in that way, he grinned widely into the camera, wagged his tongue, and gazed directly into the lens. Althoff said she felt uncomfortable throughout the entire interview, despite the fact that she intended to make audience members look away in embarrassment.
Does Shaquille O’Neal have a Ph.D.?
Shaquille O’Neal is a multi-talented individual. However, as one of the most prominent athletes in NBA history, he has been mostly praised for his remarkable basketball abilities.
The enormous man has not only become a successful basketball player but also a successful entrepreneur. He made significant educational investments and obtained numerous noteworthy qualifications from various organizations.
Despite many NBA fans assuming otherwise, Shaquille O’Neal does not hold a Ph.D. The basketball star possesses an Ed.D., an educational qualification that is equivalent to another advanced degree.

In 2012, Barry University in Florida awarded the Hall of Famer with an Ed.D. The big man had plenty of time to concentrate on his academics since this occurred shortly after his NBA career came to a halt.
The four-time NBA champion earned a doctorate in educational studies in human resource development. Leadership and organizational development are the main fields of focus for his doctorate.
“This is for my mother, who always stressed the importance of education,” O’Neal said during his graduation.
In addition, Shaquille O’Neal said that this degree did not mark the finish line of his quest for education. He took 16 courses at the university, earning a 3.81 GPA in the process.
