With the offseason having players enjoy off the court, the young guns have taken their talents to gyms all around the US. LeBron James, who missed his 11th Finals appearance this postseason, is focused on training his sons for their future. Bronny James recently committed to the University of South Carolina, whereas his brother Bryce continues to shine in high school.
The competition has gotten tougher in the past few years among teenagers trying to take their game to the elite level. Making it to the league is one of the highest achievements a player can have regardless of his future performance in the league. James’ sons, Bronny and Bryce are determined to follow in their father’s footsteps. Though having a father who is the all-time leading scorer of the NBA, is an advantage of itself.
LeBron frequently shows up to his son’s games. The King makes sure that his kids have the skill as well as the right mindset to play in the league one day. As James hit the local gym to coach Bryce’s team.
LeBron James teamed up with Rajon Rondo to coach his son Bryce James’ team
The Nike Peach Jam event featured teams, Strive for Greatness, and the Florida Rebels. The two teams faced off in an epic game, as James as well as his former teammate, Rajon Rondo showed up. Though the two weren’t there just watch the game. LeBron and Rondo were on the sideline coaching the team, Strive for Greatness. The team also had Bryce James, who had a great game as well.
While the team only included high school players, ranging from ages, 16-18, some of the players stood taller, standing alongside LeBron. James is a 6’9, 250 beast. Still, standing among high school players, made him look considerably smaller. Even though the SFG was coached by some of the experienced players of the league, the team lost, 67-72.
I don’t know what they are feeding these kids, but Bron isn’t supposed to look normal size standing next to them. https://t.co/MNxRZdcVOC

High school players in this generation have quite the size of professional athletes. To have such a physique in their late teens before starting a professional career is truly an advantage. These young athletes revolve their game as well as influence around social media, promoting their self-game and the chances of being a legitimate prospect.
Fans were surprised of how tall these players were, with one claiming, “I don’t know what they are feeding these kids, but Bron isn’t supposed to look normal size standing next to them.”
James himself was an athletic freak as a young adult. Looking at the King coach the young guns while being as tall as them was something unexpected. James has the perfect physique for basketball. There is a lot of involvement of the shoulders and chest in this sport. For the younger players, they should focus on building strength in these areas. As the generations progress, players with such physiques will continue to dominate in high school.
