SUMMARY
- LeBron James starred in Louis Vuitton's 2024 Men's Spring-Summer Collection's advertisement.
- The Los Angeles Lakers forward was roasted by fans on X.
It seems like LeBron James has been attracting some unnecessary attention on social media lately. Amidst the online criticism and drama, James has been dealing with a struggling Los Angeles Lakers team. Things have gone downhill ever since their In-Season Tournament run and it isn’t a good look from the team. LA had themselves amongst the top teams in the Western Conference to compete for the title. But things haven’t panned out their way this year either.
The 4x NBA Champion recently worked with Louis Vuitton in an advertisement for their 2024 Spring-Summer Mens Collection. In the advertisement video, LeBron wore a couple of LV’s newest products. He posted a clip of the video on X captioning it, “LOUIS VUITTON BRON.” Fans immediately began trolling him claiming that the outfits would look good on him once he began his coaching career.

One fan said, “Nice fit. Could wear that coaching.” Another fan said, “My boy modeling LV and the Lakers a mess.” There couldn’t have been a better moment than this for fans to unravel their inner trolls. LeBron James was also seen wearing expensive Louis Vuitton clothes ahead of the Lakers game against the Miami Heat. James wore a jacket worth over $900 and carried a bag that cost beyond the $1000 mark.
LeBron James ducks reporters after another Lakers loss
The Lakers are struggling and there are growing tensions within the locker room according to multiple sources. LA has only won two out of their last eight games, and it has been nearly impossible for them to close out a few of them. They currently rank 10th in the West with a record of 17 wins and 18 losses. Unfortunately, teams such as the Houston Rockets and Phoenix Suns may be much tougher matchups if this is what LA looks like in full form.
LA had a terrible game against the Heat on January 3rd which resulted in a 96-110 loss. Miami was able to restrict LeBron James from scoring as he capped at 12 points while shooting 6-18 from the field. The Lakers were dominated on defense as well, while almost every Heat player recorded points in double-digits.
Following the game, LeBron James apparently did not want to face the media or answer any questions. Understandably, he was probably upset with his performance. And based on recent rumors circulating the league after his frustrations over Darvin Ham, James probably did not want to say anything. However, this has urged people to question his actions even more.
