Chris Paul garnered quite a lot of attention from the basketball community once again by acknowledging Scott Foster in his Phoenix Suns farewell Instagram post. As many fans should certainly be aware, Chris spent 3 seasons with the Phoenix Suns before finally finding himself playing alongside Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors.
Considering that Paul turned the Phoenix Suns into a legitimate playoff team and helped them make the NBA Finals, there is no denying that the franchise is somewhat grateful to him. We found out that the feeling was mutual when Chris made a post on social media thanking the Suns for organizing for the past 3 years.
However, CP3 also used this opportunity to continue an ongoing feud between him and Scott Foster. With that being said, let us take a closer look and find out more.
Chris Paul dedicates a part of his Phoenix Suns farewell post to Scott Foster
After Chris Paul’s most recent interaction with Scott Foster, we can certainly understand why the NBA referee was on the veteran star’s mind as he made a post on Instagram thanking the Phoenix Suns. To those who might be unaware, Foster got into an argument with CP3 and ejected him during the most recent game between the Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors.
By throwing Paul out of the game, Scott Foster inadvertently ruined his return to Phoenix and became subject to a significant amount of scrutiny. Especially after Chris Paul revealed that Foster had even crossed the line and once gotten CP3’s son involved.
Chris Paul thanks Suns fans with his own tribute on IG, with some photos of him and Devin Booker, Monty Williams, Mikal Bridges…and Scott Foster 😂

CP3 continued to escalate things in his Instagram post by including a picture of him and Scott Foster. Although he never directly addressed the picture, it is clear that the photo has no place there and that the GSW star is trying to get a point through.
Will Foster prevent CP3 from winning a title with the Warriors?
The dynamic and relationship between Scott Foster and Chris Paul is quite an interesting one. NBA experts are stunned over the fact that Paul rarely wins games that are officiated by Foster. This certainly seems to indicate that there is some sort of personal agenda between the two of them.
Despite allegedly knowing about this, the league officials have not really done anything about it. This undoubtedly poses a problem for CP3, who is looking to finally win an NBA championship with the Golden State Warriors towards the back end of his career.
At the moment, we have no way of knowing how many GSW games Foster will be officiating and whether he will truly continue his bias towards CP3 regardless of the situation on the court.
After all, even Scott Foster’s alleged hate for CP3 cannot stop the Warriors from winning if they simply manage to outscore the opponent regardless of other variables such as foul calls. In any case, we look forward to seeing how well Chris Paul and the Warriors do this season.
