LeBron James is the face of the Los Angeles Lakers since he signed for them in the 2018-19 season. He’s arguably one of the greatest to ever play the game. His name constantly comes up in the G.O.A.T debate and is always compared with the legend Michael Jordan. In his 19th season, he’s in his late 30s and is showing no signs of stopping. Bron and the Lakers faced a lot of criticism after they signed many veterans in this off-season.
LeBron James fires back at the criticism on Twitter
LeBron took things personal after he was immensely trolled on social media over the Lakers’ controversial signings for the upcoming season. His tweet asked the haters to keep trolling them, and they’d have the last laugh. Twitter was buzzing after that tweet even though he deleted the tweet sometime after. The King’s tweet raised some eyebrows, and we are still unsure about the intention behind its removal.

The LA Lakers signed Carmelo Anthony, Trevor Ariza, Kent Bazemore, Dwight Howard, Wayne Ellington, Kendrick Nunn, and traded for Russell Westbrook. This was seen as a very bad move by many. Hall of famer, Charles Barkley even stated that LeBron James has his teams stacked, and is hurting his legacy however, LeBron’s ex-teammate and media personality, Richard Jefferson fired back with a lot of sarcasm.

“In all fairness Chuck is right. Lebron didn’t get drafted to a team with Shaq like Kobe. Cavs never found the Pippen in Bron’s first 8 years because he was too good they never drafted that high. Ps… Charles got drafted to a team with Dr.J, Moses Malone and 2 other Hall of Famers. I see his point though”.
The SportsCenter posted this in their Instagram feed on which RJ commented what he felt. The LeBron James rant began the day he was drafted. LeBron James is one of the most hated athletes in the world and everything he does is scrutinized. And yet he goes strong, so let’s see how the Los Angeles Lakers prove their haters wrong this season or see if they actually made bad choices in free agency.
