Caitlin Clark has been a starter throughout her college career. During her freshman year, she immediately showed a lot of dominance in scoring averaging 26.6 points per game. She shot 47.2% from the field, 40.6% from deep, and 85.8% from the free throw line. Her scoring capacity would only increase over the years as she fared 27 points per game as a sophomore. Her shooting splits were .452/.332/.881 in FG%, 3P%, and FT% respectively.
As a junior, she averaged 27.8 points per game while leading the Iowa Hawkeyes to the NCAA Championship rounds. The Hawkeyes point guard shot 47.3% from the field, 38.9% from deep, and 83.9% from the free throw line. Unfortunately, they never won the title but she certainly made her mark in basketball.

However, Clark’s run through the 2023-24 NCAA Season has been nothing short of record-breaking. While she was on a spree of setting new records, Clark also made the most three-pointers in a single season in NCAA basketball. This was a record previously held by Taylor Pierce, who played for the University of Idaho.
