He made his debut straight out of high school and skipped college altogether. James attended St. Vincent-St. Mary high school and was a key player in the basketball team. In four years, he took the high school team to three state championships. Evidently, his basketball skills have been top-notch since the very start despite being raised in a single-parent and humble family.

James’ first NBA game was on October 29, 2003, and the basketball world was buzzing with excitement to see the 18-year-old perform. The NBA Draft Lottery James proved to be worth the hype that has surrounded him since his debut was announced. In a game against the Sacramento Kings which had some of the notable players, James performed no less like an experienced player.
