It is a known fact that the Leclerc household shares an exquisite love story with motorsport, with the late Herve Leclerc flaunting his racing prowess in the European Formula 3 Championship in the 1980s. Interestingly, his middle son, Charles Leclerc, followed a similar path and even effortlessly superseded his father’s success in racing.
Part of the credit indeed goes to Herve who managed to unlock Charles’ true racing potential, which led him to become Ferrari’s prodigal driver at the age of 25. Then, there’s the youngest of the Leclerc family – Arthur Leclerc. Another motorsport fanatic who, much like his Charles, followed a similar career path to racing.
The German Grand Prix ended in frustration for @Charles_Leclerc 😬
But earlier on Sunday he was there to cheer on his brother @arthur_leclerc7, who raced to victory in ADAC F4 at Hockenheim 😍#GermanGP 🇩🇪 pic.twitter.com/XZ5WIlnTaD

Although he hasn’t been able to replicate his older brother’s fairy tale outing, Arthur has certainly shown promises on the track. However, what do we know about Herve’s eldest son? Indeed, Charles and Arthur, being a part of the entertainment industry, have been media sensations. But, that isn’t the case with Lorenzo Leclerc.
What does Lorenzo Leclerc do
Unlike his father and his younger brothers, Lorenzo chose a rather unusual path entirely away from the world of motorsport. Born on November 7, 1996, the Monegasque decided to fortify his educational qualifications. Hence, soon after completing high school, Lorenzo acquired his bachelor’s degree from the extravagant International University of Monaco.

Following graduation, the 26-year-old went on to acquire a master’s degree from Reims Management School, France, which opened doors to a promising professional career. Upon graduation, Lorenzo landed his first job as a Managing Director at Monaco-based Apex.
Four years later, Lorenzo switched jobs to become the Managing Director of Square Capital in 2020. In December 2022, the Monegasque became the Co-founder and CEO of All-TIME, a brand that acts as a service provider to sports athletes.
Arthur Leclerc and Lorenzo Leclerc are close to Charles Leclerc
Despite choosing to stay away from motorsport, Lorenzo has often been one of the greatest supporters of Charles Leclerc. Arthur and Lorenzo, often, make it to Formula 1 events to cheer for the Ferrari star, with the latest sighting at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

Ferrari were looking absolutely dominant and so was Leclerc. The 25-year-old clinched his first pole position of the season and went on to replicate the result in the sprint shoot-out as well. However, the raging bulls were far too quick for him, as Sergio Perez beat Leclerc to the line in the sprint race before Max Verstappen completed a Red Bull 1-2 in the main race, pushing the Ferrari driver to P3.
Regardless, a weekend to remember for Leclerc, as the cameras caught him walking straight to his brothers following the race. The trio hugged each other before Charles walked off to join Verstappen and Perez for the post-race interview.
Is Lorenzo Leclerc adopted?
Lorenzo Leclerc is the only one of the Leclerc brothers who is not into racing. This has led a few fans to wonder if Lorenzo is adopted. However, we can confirm that the oldest Leclerc brother is not adopted. He just didn’t develop an interest in racing while growing up.
When it comes to racing, children will have to develop the skill and passion to race at an early age if they hope to make it into F1. Drivers like Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen have been racing karts since they were 5 years old. Even if Lorenzo had developed an interest in race cars at a later age, it would have been too late for him to have a successful career in F1. Today, Lorenzo has managed to build a successful career in management.
The brothers continue to support each other in their respective careers. You would imagine that Charles and Arthur have more in common as they are in the same field. However, all 3 brothers are very close with each other.
