The Red Bull driver hailing from the vibrant land of Mexico, Sergio Perez, has a number of sponsorships to his name such as the luxurious wristwatch brand Tag Heuer, Kavak, Yelmex, and Telcel among many more. But recently, he has come into a collaboration with the popular fast food joint, McDonalds. The global franchise has decided to launch a special meal called “Menu Checo” featuring Sergio Perez.
A tempting look into an impressive attempt is offered by this curious initiative, which was introduced via intriguing pictures released on the internet.
The “Checo Menu,” the star of the show, is a great marketing strategy as it will enthrall the taste buds of his Mexican fans with a tempting selection of McDonald’s timeless favorites. This rather strange agreement between Sergio Pérez and McDonald’s Mexico provides a pleasant eating experience to motorsport fans.

This exclusive meal will feature a specially crafted hamburger with not one, but two portions of golden, crispy potatoes, your choice of an icy-cold choice of beverage to round off this savory feast. All these items will be prepared in a range of local spices jalapeños, tajin, beans, lime, and many more. This initiative is a boost in the driver’s fan base which is already massive and has even helped in receive funding in his early days in motorsports.
When is Sergio Perez’s home Grand Prix in Mexico scheduled?
The 33-year-old is expected to drive at his home race at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriquez track between 28-30 October this year. While his teammate, Max Verstappen bagged the winning spot at the last year’s race, Perez will give him a tough competition or even break his record-breaking streak of wins at the home track.
While Red Bull has won all the races of the season during the ongoing campaign, it will be an interesting sight to witness them win the remaining races as well.

Perez has recently disappointed the team with lackluster qualifying performance, which put his permanent spot at risk. The driver, however, hopes to stay at the Milton Keynes-based team until 2026 regardless of the fact that his current tenure with them will be valid only until the conclusion of the 2024 season. Nevertheless, Sergio Perez still deals with the insecurity of being replaced with no news of a renewed agreement anytime soon.
Perez is possibly having a hard time in the team, garnering nasty comments, very often from the team’s senior advisor Helmut Marko who recently made a controversial statement that the poor form of the driver is because he belongs to “South America”. This even led to infuriating fans, who called out the team for being xenophobic and demanded the termination of Marko.
