Max Verstappen has not let his dominance hold him back from wanting to leave this sport. Many times, the Dutchman has talked about how he has lost interest in Formula 1. He has talked about wanting to join multiple different platforms surrounding the racing community. However, he has no plans of staying at the F1 races.
The Red Bull star first mentioned that although he has enjoyed racing in F1 and his utter dominance on those tracks, he wants more. The Dutchman has mentioned how he would love to have his own team someday and work in Sim Racing to help drivers with talent reach new heights. And this time he mentioned he has plans to work in that area more.
He said, “I want to drive different kind of championships and also build up something myself, in terms of maybe a racing team or whatever. So yeah, I don’t want to drive, let’s say, forever.”

He has talked about the races in F1 being way too long which has made him lose his interest. However, as he continues to stay as the face of the sport, he cannot walk away from it just yet. Nonetheless, he has talked about his wishes to do something for the racing community and use his influence as a way to help many.
Max Verstappen calls out Mercedes’ aggressiveness that got them disqualified
Max Verstappen finally gave his verdict on the Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes situation at the COTA race. The Mercedes team overcame everything and seemed to have understood the issues that were holding them back. However, their podium victory was taken away in seconds after a disqualification.
So when Verstappen was asked about his analysis of his performance and Mercedes’ meeting an ill fate, the driver said,
“From our side, I think we went too conservative, too safe, and they clearly went too aggressive. That’s how they of course got excluded. We know that when we drop the car you gain performance, but with all these big bumps around here you have to be a bit careful.”

However, he also believed that the Red Bull team was not at their best at Austin. After winning both the Sprint and the race on Sunday, the Dutchman believed they were not the strongest. And it may be true as we have witnessed the RB19 be almost a minute ahead of the second driver this season.
Nonetheless, as the Mexico Grand Prix comes in, the driver is excited to take the win here too. Although it is Perez’s home race, he has no plans to serve it on a platter for him.
