WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is set to make bank from his upcoming fights in Saudi Arabia. The Briton pugilist is scheduled to share the ring with former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou on October 23. However, ahead of his exhibition bout, fury has signed a two-fight deal to go against champion Oleksandr Usyk.
The heavyweight clash between Fury and Usyk will determine the undisputed heavyweight champion and is much larger than his fight on October 23. Additionally both of his fights happen to take place in the same location and in a relatively small time frame. The 33-0-1 fighter was already said to be making $50 million from his bout with the Cameroonian fighter.
However, with the undisputed title fight on the line, the figures have increased tremendously. According to Top Rank Promotions CEO Bob Arum, Fury will supposedly take home $200 million for fighting Ngannou and Usyk. Additionally, with a rematch clause in place against the Ukrainian fighter, the fight purse could be significantly higher.

“We’re looking for this whole package, there’s other stuff involved that I really believe that at the end of the day, before the end of June, Fury will be reaching close to $200million,” said Arum in an interview.
Regardless, the lucrative payday for Tyson Fury hangs on the fact that he avoids getting injured in his bout with Ngannou. However, fury and his father John Fury do not seem to be concerned about taking damage from the PFL fighter.
John Fury believes his son Tyson Fury will smash Francis Ngannou to bits after embarrassing open workout
Former UFC heavyweight champion and now PFL fighter, Francis Ngannou is all set to make his boxing debut in Saudi Arabia. The predator is being trained by boxing legend Mike Tyson and will share the ring with WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. Given Fury’s boxing record and numerous achievements not many believe that Ngannou stands a chance.
The 37-year-old’s recent open workout in Las Vegas also did not do him any favor as several were left unimpressed. ‘The Gypsy King’s’ father John Fury particularly found the open workout laughable and hopes Francis is playing possum.

“I hope he’s kidding along and he’s playing possum here. I hope that’s a joke and intended to be a laugh because if it’s not, he ain’t got a prayer,” said John.
Additionally, the former bare-knuckle fighter also believes that Francis has nothing on his son Tyson Fury. Tyson will be scoring his fastest knockout yet and smash Ngannou to bits. “It’s probably going to be Tyson’s quickest knockout. It’s got to be full-on games because if that’s what he’s got, well, God help him, he’ll get smashed to bits,” added the 59-year-old.
If Tyson Fury manages to toy with the 17-3 MMA fighter, he will go on to face Oleksandr Usyk. Both heavyweights will battle it out for the undisputed championship title in December this year or early next year. Do you think Tyson Fury goes on to become the undisputed heavyweight champion?
